Processing Technology
Drying Treatment: POE generally has low moisture absorption and normally does not require drying. If the package is damaged or stored in humid conditions, dry at 70‑80°C for 2‑3 hours as needed.
Processing Temperature: It is recommended to set the initial temperature slightly above the melting point of the material. Adjust accordingly based on your processing method (e.g. extrusion, injection molding).
Injection Speed: Relatively high processing speed is applicable.
Mold Temperature: Slightly higher mold temperature and pressure are generally recommended during processing.
